The discussion focusing especially on $6 billion in broadband spending will be on the weekly wireless edition of the Internet radio program My Technology Lawyer Radio at 1 p.m. (Eastern) co-hosted by show producer Scott Draughon and Capital-based commentator Andrew Kreig.
